HOW TO ENTER: 

1. Newsletter subscribers– no purchase necessary. Just reply “count me in” to let us know!
2. In-store:
1. Subscribe to our newsletter– no purchase necessary.
2. every purchase over $10 will give you an additional entry (why $10? Because good things are meant to be shared. Purchase two drinks or a bag of tea to brew at home or office to share the love)
3. Online-store: online orders from the subscribers who have opt-in to participate in the ruffle will be entered.

Terms and Conditions:

1. by participating in the ruffle, you agree to subscribe to our newsletter. you can always unsubscribe at any time after the draw is completed on September 25th, 2024.

2. e-gift cards: winners are required to accept the prize within 72 hours from being notified. Otherwise, the prize goes to the next lucky winner. The e-gift cards are valid until December 31st, 2025 at 11:59p.m. PST.

3. Tea Gift set: winners are required to let us know about their tea choices within 72 hours of receiving the notification from us. If you choose to pick up your prize at our shop, we will hold it for 7 calendar days upon notifying you that your prize is ready for pickup. Otherwise, the prize goes to the next lucky winner. All 3 teas of choice must be different teas. 

4. Should you require shipping, Tea gift sets can only be shipped to a valid address in Canada deliverable by Canada Post. We will send you the tea box free of charge! 

5. Ruffle entry ends at the following times:
   in-store: September 24th 2024 at 5pm  PST
   online purchase: September 24th 2024 at 11:59pm PST

6. The prize has no cash value and will not be given out as cash.
