Straight from the Himalayan foothills, our Darjeeling is an organic second-flush harvest. That means the leaves are picked in June at peak maturity — which makes for a  deeper, more complex, and more satisfying taste than a first-flush variety.. The result is a bright amber liquor with Darjeeling's signature muscatel character: a naturally sweet, grape-like note that no other tea region in the world can replicate.

What You'll Taste

  • Aroma: Delicate floral notes with a hint of fresh-cut grass

  • Flavour: Full-bodied with the classic muscatel sweetness and a clean, lingering finish

  • Liquor: Bright, clear amber — beautiful in the cup

How to Brew

  • Water temperature: 90–95°C (just off the boil)

  • Steep time: 2 minutes

  • Amount: 1 tsp (2–3g) per 250ml

  • While we love it as it is to appreciate the full muscatel complexity, many enjoy it with a dash of milk for a creamy texture..
