A single origin black tea from Chandighate Estate located in the northeaster Assam, India. It has the all the characteristics of the full-bodied Assam tea that you have come to love from us over the years. This bright amber cup has creamy, malty notes with a hint of sweet finish. This ground green tea from Japan has a vivid green colour with subtle notes of seaweed in the finish. Matcha is available in a wide range of price points, with the most expensive being ceremonial matcha. This is a wonderful tea to warm up with, especially in Fall and Winter. It has a strong Amaretto (cherry almond liqueur) aroma with a sweet, syrupy taste. Cardamom pods take centre stage in this signature chai blend. Unlike other chai teas which contain ground spices, the cardamom pods and cloves are brewed whole. Ginger and peppercorn give this tea a spicy kick. A single origin green tea from Nantou County in Taiwan. The beautiful Jasmine scent was pressed into the green tea by mixing fresh Jasmine flowers with green tea over night. The flowers then discarded and new fresh Jasmine flowers were added for the 2nd round, 3rd round and so on until the floral sent balanced well with the tea base. Averaging 6-8 rounds for this tea. The less the residual flowers present in the finished tea product, the higher the quality of the craftsmanship. In addition to the jasmine floral note, this tea also has the signature fruity sweet finish found in a traditional Taiwanese tea.  Ingredients: Taiwan green tea, jasmine flowers.
