This tea is a mixture of Darjeeling black tea and various fruity aromas (mango and peach petals). There's also a little hint of ginger to enhance the floral scent and give it a spice touch. Ginger is not just delicious, but also extremely to improve immunity and gastrointestinal motility. An organic green tea from HuangShan (Yellow Mountain Range 黃山) located in southern Anhui Province of China. Loosely translated from Chinese Wu Lu(霧綠), Emerald Cloud has the characteristic that one comes to love from a Chinese green tea-- bright freshly cut grass aroma, beautiful yet subtle nutty notes, and a smooth yet creamy finish. The delicacy of this tea is best brought to light with lower than usual water temperature (70-75°C/167°F) and shorter infusion time (45-60 seconds). Ingredients: Single origin green tea from China. A single origin Chinese green tea, so named for its distinctly soft smoky notes. Organic.

It’s not a typical black tea you have in mind. A post-fermented tea that’s formed into a coin form, Hei-cha is a type of dark tea (黑茶) that is different from what is called black tea in the West. Hei-Cha has been part of Chinese tea culture for centuries. Processed through a special technique called wet piling, Hei Cha gets sweeter and more depth with age. Compared to Pu-erh, Hei-Cha has a mellower and lighter profile. Rinse first to break and wake up the tea. Hibiscus tea is known for its tart flavour and vivid magenta hue similar to pomegranate. Hibiscus is often served with sweetener to offset the tartness. It’s delicious to enjoy hot or iced. Our version of Hojicha (roasted green tea) is a single origin green tea from China, harvested from Japanese yabukita cultivar.  The roasting technique produces a cup that is complex yet smooth, gently sweet and nutty with a woody lingering finish.   A single origin green tea from Nantou County in Taiwan. The beautiful Jasmine scent was pressed into the green tea by mixing fresh Jasmine flowers with green tea overnight. The flowers then discarded and new fresh Jasmine flowers were added for the 2nd round, 3rd round and so on until the floral sent balanced well with the tea base, averaging 10-12 rounds for this tea. The less the residual flowers present in the finished tea product, the higher the quality of the craftsmanship. In addition to the jasmine floral note, this tea also has the signature fruity sweet finish found in a traditional Taiwanese tea. It is best served on its own to fully enjoy the delicacy of the tea....

A single origin herbal tea of liquorice root pieces from Egypt with a sweet and aromatic finish.

This is a hand-picked black tea from Kenya. It is Fairtrade, non-GMO, and Rainforest Alliance certified. While not certified organic, no pesticides or chemicals were used on these leaves.  It is medium-bodied, malty, smooth, with a gentle astringency and a hint of dried plum finish. Milder in boldness when compared to our Assam Black. A great breakfast tea to enjoy straight or with a dash of milk.  Ingredients: Kenya black tea.
