This oolong tea from Taiwan has notes of chocolate and caramel with a hint of floral finish. Like other teas from Taiwan, the flavour profile is subtle and refined. Delicious bubble tea base when served as an iced tea.
A note to our long-time Charcoal Roasted Oolong drinking customer: This tea is a fresh new take on our previous version of the Charcoal Roasted Oolong tea. The toasty note is a lot lighter compared to the previous version. The tea base used in No 2 is freshly harvested Ti Quan Yin (鐵觀音 aka Iron Goddess of Mercy）oolong tea with approximately 75% oxidation level; where as the tea base used in No 1 was an aged Oolong tea.
