A single origin green tea from Nantou County in Taiwan.
The beautiful Jasmine scent was pressed into the green tea by mixing fresh Jasmine flowers with green tea over night. The flowers then discarded and new fresh Jasmine flowers were added for the 2nd round, 3rd round and so on until the floral sent balanced well with the tea base. Averaging 6-8 rounds for this tea. The less the residual flowers present in the finished tea product, the higher the quality of the craftsmanship.
In addition to the jasmine floral note, this tea also has the signature fruity sweet finish found in a traditional Taiwanese tea.

Our version of Hojicha (roasted green tea) is a single origin green tea from China, harvested from Japanese yabukita cultivar.
The roasting technique produces a cup that is complex yet smooth, gently sweet and nutty with a woody lingering finish.
Naturally low in caffeine, Hojicha is a common household staple in Japan, always ready for the entire family to enjoy any time of the day.

An organic green tea from HuangShan (Yellow Mountain Range 黃山) located in southern Anhui Province of China. Loosely translated from Chinese Wu Lu(霧綠), Emerald Cloud has the characteristic that one comes to love from a Chinese green tea-- bright freshly cut grass aroma, beautiful yet subtle nutty notes, and a smooth yet creamy finish. The delicacy of this tea is best brought to light with lower than usual water temperature (70-75°C/167°F) and shorter infusion time (45-60 seconds).
